Using Vinsjekk.no you can search by regnr or VIN to see available vehicle information. The service can also provide access to a more detailed VIN report with factory data, full equipment list, equipment packages, equipment level, EU inspection, registration status, mileage history, trailer weight, used import, conversion, liens and price tips where such information is available.
Payment for the full report can be made quickly and easily with Vipps, Apple Pay, Kort, Visa, Mastercard. The report is delivered digitally. Using Vinsjekk.no you can search by regnr or VIN and get access to available vehicle information. You can also get a more detailed VIN report with factory data, full equipment list, EU inspection, registration status, mileage history, liens and price tips where information is available.

2. The Service
Vinsjekk.no offers:
Free lookup of basic vehicle information
Paid vehicle report with extended information
Subscription with access to multiple postings per month
The information is based on available data sources. Vinsjekk.no cannot guarantee that all information is complete or error-free.
3. Price and payment
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
Payment is made via available payment methods, including Vipps and/or card payment.
Upon payment, the customer confirms the purchase and accepts these terms of sale.
4. Delivery
Simple vehicle information is displayed immediately after posting
Full vehicle report is normally delivered within a short time
In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
The report is delivered digitally.
5. Right of withdrawal – digital reports
When purchasing digital services, the right of withdrawal applies according to the Right of Withdrawal Act.
The customer agrees that the delivery of the service begins immediately after payment, and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has begun.
For vehicle reports, this means that the right of withdrawal lapses when:
the report is generated
or processing of the report has started
6. Subscription
Vinsjekk.no offers subscriptions with access to vehicle listings.
The subscription provides access to a fixed number of searches per month (e.g. up to 200 searches)
The subscription is billed in advance for one month at a time.
The subscription is automatically renewed every month
There is no commitment period.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will stop further renewal, but the current period will not be refunded.

7. Right of withdrawal – subscription
When purchasing a subscription, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
If the customer uses the service during the cooling-off period, the customer agrees that delivery will begin immediately.
The customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may lapse in whole or in part if the service is used.
8. Abuse and limitations
In the event of abnormal use, misuse or attempts at systematic retrieval of data, Vinsjekk.no reserves the right to:
restrict access
unsubscribe
close the service
without refund.
9. Complaints and errors
If errors occur or the service is not delivered, the customer must contact Vinsjekk.no within a reasonable time.
In case of errors, Vinsjekk.no can:
correct the error
submit new report
or refund the amount if the error cannot be corrected
10. Refund
Refunds are only given if:
service not provided
a technical error occurs
the right of withdrawal applies and the service has not been used
No refunds will be given for:
delivered reports
subscription started
used service
11. Limitation of Liability
Vinsjekk.no provides information based on available data sources, but does not guarantee that all information is correct or up-to-date.
The report is an aid and does not replace:
technical inspection
workshop inspection
legal assessment
12.Personvern
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
